I've been a regular for several months and am happy with the classes and instructors.
Mike was a wonderful instructor. So kind and easy to understand instructions for adjustments. The studio was clean and since we are visiting town, we could easily rent what we needed
Because I was challenged the entire course and the energy of the instructor was amazing!
The instructor was excellent and I feel that I got more out of the class than I had expected.
