Wonderful instructors! I absolutely love mikes hot classic yoga and Kim's yoga burn. The only suggestion I have is one more yoga burn class during the week!
The instructor was very helpful and kind, I liked the way he helped beginners get the feel for the poses/stretches
Mike did a great job guiding the class through poses.
I was challenged and I do hot yoga at home 3-4xs a week.
