Kim is a wonderful teacher! She makes the classes fun and challenging for all levels of yogis. These days ppl can do yoga from anywhere and it truly is your instructors that keep me coming back. Very talented group! Sarah is also one of my new favorites.

I like the place and I love the instructors Lana. She's fun and very energetic. She's the best yoga instructor I've had.
Sarah got rid of ALL my aches and pains. AB workout is tough but I am seeing results- definitely worth the tough love
