I am new to yoga and in my 60's, the teacher was very good with working with me.
Michelle was a great teacher. She was calm, peaceful, positive, everything you want with an instructor. I appreciated her options for modifications and the way she reinforced being positive and gracious with yourself and where you're at. Also liked her guided meditation time. My favorite instructor so far!
The studio and staff are awesome!
I come from out of state and I always try to get to classes at Largo Hot Yoga...the instructors and the classes are all great!
