Michelle was a great teacher. She was calm, peaceful, positive, everything you want with an instructor. I appreciated her options for modifications and the way she reinforced being positive and gracious with yourself and where you're at. Also liked her guided meditation time. My favorite instructor so far!

I love the hot booty burn class, I do hot Pilates in Pennsylvania its closest to the class I take and sometimes I enjoy it more than the class I regularly take in
