The instructor keeps the class really hot and has a challenging flow, I feel accomplished after taking the tuesday 6pm class, AND the healing benefits of the class are very noticeable
Lori is an amazing instructor and her bowl ceremony was extraordinary. I wish you would offer a special on a series of her bowl sound baths. I would seriously invest in purchasing a package. I found this experience very relaxing and helpful in developing meditative mindfulness. Beautiful experience.
