Great workout, beneficial stretching and good cleansing

The location is great and the instructors are diverse in their expertise and are extremely qualified! People at all levels of yoga experience can find a home here.
Yoga was tough but easy to follow. I had been to an outdoor yoga class one once where instructor asked for overly complicated poses. Never returned. Mike was great and made class easy to follow. I am returning for sure.
