Lana is amazing, fantastic workout and I feel great🎖
I've only taken classes with Lana and chelsey so far and their classing are amazing! I feel like a new person after every class!
People are nice, here.
I love this small intimate yoga studio. The instructors are awesome and highly qualified Yogis to teach the practice. I especially love Lana and Chelsey's classes. I always feel present and grounded when I leave.
The teacher did a great job, the space was clean the Temperature was perfect. It was not too crowded
