Lana is amazing...her spirit & the flow of class, always leaves me feeling like 'dang, I feel good!' Totally worth every drop of sweat!🤘🏼

The instructor Dawn was awesome, very welcoming. Being that it was my first time she made sure I was comfortable. She modified the yoga position to help me while teaching the class. Thanks again for that experience and will be back.
