Lana is a great teacher I like the heat. I would recommend her class and some of the other teachers. I did Rachael's class tonight. She is an amazing teacher, class was good but she had the music so disgustingly loud that it was so uncomfortable you couldn't enjoy the class and you couldn't hear one thing she was telling you to do so I will not return to her class sadly no reason for that. I have ear issues

Instructor was easy to understand and follow. Class was challenging. Enjoyed the music. Would not recommend for beginners.
