• Because the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, patient. The studio itself is very nice and functional for exactly what you're going there to do. Everything is clean and taken care of in the program system they use their so you can sign in and pay for your class online. And it's local great place to go and take care of yourself.

• The class was amazing, so rejuvenating. Instructor was Knowledgeable, friendly and environment was comfortable. The showers and locker room were clean and well maintained the prices are good. I loved the lavender cool towel at the end that was amazing 😻 thank you
