• It was a great intense work out, I loved the aesthetic/music/all of it. Unlike any hot yoga I have done in Chico. The one thing that I would give constructive criticism on was how packed it was in the room. Is there no cap on the amount of people that can attend a class? I don’t know it wasn’t that crazy of a deal
