• I went becuase my girlfriend is into it and was anxious being outside my comfort zone, but the atmosphere and instruction allowing me to feel comfortable with following the movements at my ability was comforting. Doing my best not having to be perfect made it a great experience

• Each class offers a different vibe and level. It creates a beautiful balance in the studio. Each instructor is loving and genuine. I have been craving some more one on one or maybe small groups to help with positioning and inversions. I love Chico Hot Yoga-it literally makes me a better person. I feel welcomed every time I walk in❤️
