• Hot Yoga Studio has some of the most professional and caring staff and community of yogis. I recently returned to hot yoga after a long stretch of doing nothing! I "survived" Kalaka's carefully instructed class. I had some issues with dizziness and fainting after class and Kalaka was right with me the whole time as well as a student! I love Hot Yoga Studio of Chico because of the staff and fellow colleagues.
