• Loved the space. I had never done a "warm" yoga class which really the heart going half way thru🔥 Casey was awesome!! I'm a beginner and his instruction was clear from the start and felt no judgement or pressure to do anything out of my comfort zone. Also loved the music and energy the class as a whole brought!
