• I enjoy the heated yoga environment however, i wish the instructor would had demonstrated the yoga moves. She was verbally walking us through which left some ppl looking at neighbors for guidance esp me. Overall, every Hot Yoga class never disappoints.

• The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is super friendly and welcoming, and the studio is always spotless. The classes are challenging in the best way, and hot yoga has genuinely helped my back pain and stress levels so much already. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.
