• I have been practicing Bikram yoga for more than 6 years. I cannot describe all the positive things it does for me and what it has added to my life. I need it and Bikram Yoga Louisville is home to me. The teachers are amazing and I’m learning new things about my practice still. Great workout at a great studio with great teachers and friends. Can’t beat that!
