• I get therapeutic cardio from instructors who pay attention and make sure I'm getting the most out of my practice! I also love the variety of classes!

• Before and after the class, the instructors are very friendly and quick to talk about health related issues. During class the instructors are totally professional, meaning that they know what they are doing, they give lots of instructions, and encourage us to push ourselves, but not too much. I love the classes and the instructions at Hot Spot Yoga.
