Cleanliness is a big thing for me and that was top notch. I liked the smaller class size but also not too much attention as I get embarrassed easily since I'm not very good I'm working to find inner peace and calmness and I felt it after your class. I'm not saying it's the key but it's certainly the right path for my journey
