Staff was very helpful they really cared about me as a customer. The instructor pays attention to the students as this was my first visit she took care to make sure I understood the moves and that I was ok during the class. Thank you for a great experience.

Attentive, caring instructor-I'm somewhat new to yoga, and I was able to keep up due to Sarah's cues. Friendly students. Well-organized and attractive studio. And the cold lavender-scented towel at the end of class was heavenly :-)
