I took an Honor Yoga HIIT Yoga class as part of the Indy Fitness Festival and it was amazing! I appreciated the welcome email sent to me the day before prepping me for the class. I didn't know it was outside, so I appreciate the heads up prior since it was a chilly morning. The venue was awesome and the instructor was super knowledgable. None of us were awesome at yoga, and she tailored the class to meet our needs. Her energy at 9 AM was very welcomed and loved the vibe she gave off during and after the class. I'll definitely be back for a drop in session soon!
