The folks who work the front desk always greet me with a sincere smile and hello - I've witnessed them do this for everyone. The studio is always extremely clean. Taylor is the best teacher I've worked with - her classes flow smoothly from pose to pose, she explains why we do certain poses and the benefits for our mind and body. That perspective is valuable to me.

It was my first time to practice yoga. I didn't feel pressure to keep up or know exactly what to do. I've practiced some at home since the class. It was important to be able to listen to Taylor to be guided and reminded how to breathe. Everyone was friendly and could free the positive energy.
