I was extremely nervous, but she made the experience go by so fast, and almost painless. She made me feel comfortable with conversation. • Rachel is great!!! She's very informative & explains what's she's going to do before anything starts. Then as she's doing the waxing she walks you through what she's actually doing so there's no surprises. She chats about other stuff & makes you feel at ease during the waxing as well so it makes it easier to relax & be comfortable with her.
