• First time I'd ever had anything like this done. Not only were they polite and courteous (especially considering I was a little late) they were EXTREMELY professional. Kelly told me everything that was going to happen before she did it and made me feel really comfortable and Lauren who did my eyebrows did them EXACTLY like i wanted. 10000/10.
