I'm not super comfortable taking group classes and am kind of scared about yoga but Amy is so welcoming and open and really great with beginners
Was my first time doing yoga, so started with a beginner class. The instructor was extremely friendly and informative, and you can tell she is genuine and loves what she does. Can't wait for my next visit!
The instructors are incredible. Their passion for the practice and care for each of us shine through. Deb at restorative inspires me each Sunday with her leadership and reading the passages
