I love Andover Home Yoga because (1) well-trained instructors and (2) well-designed and various courses. I hope you can offer more classes in the morning (just 6-7 or 7-8).

I have never tried yoga. I felt very comfortable and the instructor was very patient and good!
The teacher tailored the class to our needs. She always demonstrated each pose before we did them and shared where and why is was important to the body. I left the class feeling both reinvigorated and relaxed.
I love the ABSOLUTE part for beginners. I needed to start really simple.
