It was a great class and it was beautifully instructed do as to follow along easily

Tabitha is a fantastic instructor. The space is welcoming, clean and pleasing.
It is a yoga class for cancer patients (didn't know these existed) and it is close to home (as opposed to having to drive to Boston where I am being treated). I had my first class last night and can feel the benefits already.
