I very much liked the class and the teacher! I felt great during & after the class and I slept well last night following the class! I will recommend the class and I will return.
I recommend home yoga to many of my clients. They offer numerous classes taught by wonderful teachers.
Overall it was an excellent class, the teaching style, the pace and the space per student.
