I am so grateful that your studio has accommodated a virtual experience. It is a connection even more valued during this time. And personally I prefer the virtual experience for its flexibility in timing. I also prefer virtual in that I can challenge myself without being self conscious about my limitations. It is giving me space to experiment and grow in my practice understanding I shouldn’t let ego have power in yoga but for now ego has its hold. Thank you so much for what you provide our community!
