• I've been going to Holistic Halo Salt Spa for a few months now and I can't express enough how much the Sauna has helped with my osteoarthritis. I leave feeling amazing. I call it "my time" 30 mins is plenty of time for relaxing, sweating it out and just feeling wonderful. My joints thank me! I can't share enough how much I LOVE "my time" at the Salt Spa. Lisa is the BEST!!!

• I have had a few visits now to the salt spa. I underestimated the salt room until I had a cold that wouldn't go away - after a half hour session in there it was totally cleared up! I have enjoyed two massages and would highly recommend any of the therapists there. I most recently had a sauna session and it was really nice. I wasn't sure I could handle it but 30 minutes was perfect and I didn't even need the door opened - though it's easy to get some air if you need it. The ladies made sure I was well prepared and they answered all my questions. I feel like they think of everything and make the guests very comfortable.
