• It was my first experience there; was very pleasant. Professional. Explained benefits and also experiences may notice. Although I am a holistic practitioner myself, hadn't had the sauna or halo therapy before. Felt great afterwards. Will schedule more sessions in the future. • Everyone was super friendly and informative. It was nice too be told every step what was to be expected and what was required of us. I have been to other places where they leave you guessing what you should do. I guess they just assume you have been to a spa before and that they all work the same.
