• was an inviting, relaxing and clean atmosphere; was surprised to learn there is a family-friendly room and although it was my time to esacpe for an hour, it was a nice option I make use in the future. the hostess was friendly and kindly explained everything you needed to know about being a 1st timer. Looking forward to another visit!

• Thursday was my first time....and I will be back! I loved my sauna session. I had been dealing with sinus problems and the start of an ear infection for about a week. (I work at a Royal View and the kids seem to always be sick.) After my session I was relaxed, slept all night long, and woke up feeling much better! Next up I want to try the hot stone massage!! Thanks Holistic Halo for keeping me off antibiotics!!
