• I enjoyed both the sauna and Halotherapy. It was my first time for both. My favorite immediate benefit was the softness my skin. Wow! Overall I felt great after the therapies and slept very well. Yay! Can't wait to do them both again!

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no sales pitch at the end of my massage like I've experienced at other places, pressuring me to book another appointment (although I will be) or to buy a monthly package. I received a 60min. massage from Joanne and it was wonderful!
