• It is just calming the moment you walk in the door. Both the ladies at the front desk were very kind, the ambience, the calming smell when you walk in - all very inviting. Also, I had a gift certificate I had misplaced and it had been expired. They went out of their way to accommodate that for a future visit. They could've easily said it was past eight sorry but this isn't gonna work out. They went above and beyond to make sure I could still use it. I look forward to coming back! And the salt spa experience itself is wonderful! The blankets in the warm neck wraps are a nice touch!!!
