Because I can never schedule with your facility. People are scheduling weeks reoccurring appointments and then canceling them at the last minute when the time does not work for them. You can't get new customers if nobody can schedule on line. You should only be able to schedule one week in advance so others have a chance to schedule as well. I looked weeks out and all the 7, 8, and 9 slots are prescheduled.
