The instructor cared enough to constantly correct all of our body mechanics and it made such a difference to have instructors care!! Whitney was awesome!! And class was soooo hard!! I loved it!!

Clean, on time, instructor great have good cues, music and atmosphere good, only suggestion would have been to give more options for modifications. Those machines are different than a lot of studios and heavier so normal moves that are not typically difficult were very hard- modifiers or options for less weight would have been helpful.
