Ashley G was a great instructor. I was experienced with the megaformer after consistent classes in LA 3 years ago. After relocating to Scottsdale, I recently decided to find a studio and start classes again. Ashley made me feel at ease getting reacclimated with the updated machines. She was personable and professional. It was a great class and I plan on returning consistently.

I love the challenge and the opportunity to grow. There are always options. If I want to go to the next step I can. If I am not up to the challenge I am able to modify. The only thing I can't do is complete the action with bad form. Hipower is attentive in all the right ways.
