Your studio is accommodating and very inclusive to all levels. The instructors are patient and cater to individual injuries and needs. It's affordable.
Me being a yoga Novice and also having knee and flexibility issues, I feel that the instructor, Sondra, was very sensitive to my issues and me being somewhat of a beginner, She still took time to push me just enough to not give up but yet totally understood when I had to take a break. I loved the class! Thank you!
