It was our first time for anything like a Sound Bath. The instructor, Chona, led us comfortably and answered all questions. The Reiki Sound Bath itself was a deep and filling experience. I especially appreciated feeling her genuine goodwill thru her energy healing. It was our first time at Namaste. The space was wonderful and inviting. We will be back.
