The workshop was perfect for a beginner. The instructor was very welcoming.
Tessa is an excellent masseuse! She listened to what I asked for and also had great intuition about where more or less pressure was needed. Would definitely go see her again, and recommend to friends. Also such a wonderful vibe at Namaste. I’ve been to yoga classes and sound baths before, but this was the first service outside of that.
