New instructors come and go at Namaste, but Lindsey is the first that I’ve encountered whom I hope will stay. She has a rigorous and interesting practice, and I appreciate her classes.

Plus I love being outdoors!
i like the outdoor space a lot. feels clean and safe to take off my mask. instructors and staff are welcoming and the place feels like a neighborhood establishment.
