1. The atmosphere was restful. 2. The tea and water were refreshing. 3. The robe material felt great. 4. I liked the option of showering before or after. 5. I appreciated the hair dryer, comb and hair products. 6. Marissa was warm and friendly. 7. Marissa massaged all my muscles and left them feeling perfect! 8. The massage was obviously good for my circulation and muscles...beyond just feeling great. 9. I liked the body oil. 10. Marissa seemed to take pride in and was confident of her work. 11. The music transported me to another world. 12. The break between treatments allowed me to have another cup of tea and use the restroom. 13. Staff was cognizant that the stairs could cause a fall. 14. I doubted a facial would help my appearance, but it did!!! 15. The facial felt great, and the asthetitician was educating me without being judgemental. 16. I loved having a chest and lower leg massage while the products were working! 17. I felt transported out of this stressful world, and wanted to share my happiness. 18. I loved the different textures, temperatures and applications to my face.

Service was incredible and I walked out not only relaxed but I felt like my face was lighter and with more shine. Plus my husband loved how the facial brought out a rosy glow.

Noel is great, your staff and facilities are amazing and always well appointed. As an aside though, there hasn’t been face soap in the men’s lounge my past few visits, I hope this is an oversight and not a permanent change to the amenities offerings.
