Technicians and therapists were fantastic! The service was excellent! The personal warmth and genuine desire to provide a lovely experience was entirely evident from your staff who are no doubt experts in their field. I have only high praise for your personnel and I was completely satisfied with my massage and pedicure! This was my first visit to the Hiatus Spa & Retreat and I was more than a little surprised by the close quarters of the facility itself. It was not as I envisioned a high end day spa in terms of physical space, particularly the "relaxation room". It was rather small for the volume of clients, seating was limited and did not necessarily create an atmosphere to relax. I realize the spa is located within in an historic building, but I'm surprised that the developers and architects did not take more interest in ambiance. I make annual trips to the Houstonian in Houston just for the experience, so this is the standard I am comparing the Hiatus with. Would I come back? Yes, because of the highly trained and professional staff. Wonderful massage and definitely the best pedicure I've ever had! Thank you for the opportunity to give you feedback.

Top notch therapist (Marissa), excellent cust serv at front desk with JT, nice facility. That said, the mens shower drain clogs too quickly, the shower handle and shower head need replacing, and skin/face moisturizer would be a nice amenity to offer for after shower.

My therapists were great! Noelle has such a talent for massage therapy and I feel like she listened to my body as she worked out all my knots and tension. My facialist was also wonderful, I’m enjoying smooth skin today. :)
