I was heartbroken awhile back when my favorite therapist, Alison W. moved. I hadn’t found a therapist that I have liked as much as her until my recent trip with Tomica. She was fantastic!

The aestheticians did a wonderful job with regard to their specific treatments. The body scrub was heavenly, and the homemade Shea butter and cocoa is incredible! Great job to Kalie! My eyebrow and eyelash tint was very clean and beautiful, with the added under eye moisturizer pad as a bonus. Sydney was fabulous! The facility is beautiful with many lovely amenities, and I enjoyed the sauna as well as the shower and Aveda
products. The reason I only gave you a 9 out of 10 is because not all of your staff is doing their utmost to make the experience top notch and worthy of a 10! I visited on my Birthday and clearly my paperwork reflected that, yet nobody noticed that detail nor relayed a Happy Birthday. There is also obvious dead weight in your front of the house staff. Some look bored and are not as enthusiastic as they ought to be considering they are working in such a luxurious environment. Just my observation, but overall satisfied and will be returning.

My masseuse, Dade, is really very good! I love the tea served in the peaceful waiting room and the amenities in the bathroom/ changing room are wonderful
