• My service with Ana was wonderful! Two pieces of constructive feedback: 1) the individual who booked my appointment was unfamiliar with this particular service and provided incorrect information related to the shower experience, and 2) the Monthly Retreat includes a specialty beverage which was not available ("ran out") - very disappointing as it was an enticement for me to schedule the service.
