• When I called to make the appointment, no one answered the phone. And when someone did, the receptionist was super rude and sassy. Made me not want to make an appointment but I did anyways. I'm glad I did! Everything was amazing! Tea room was relaxing, front desk lady was super sweet (wasn't the same person I talked to over the phone) and the masseuse was perfection. Def would recommend but you need to retrain the receptionist to not be rude to guests.

• I chose that score because I had a great experience at Hiatus Spa. Will was my massage therapist and he was a amazing. You all provided amazing customer service and for an affordable price to include a clean facility. Unfortunately, my friends in the party that I was with did not get the foot scrub that was included in with the service. All in all we enjoyed the service provided.
