• There seemed to be two mentions of being late to my appointment which was less than 5 minutes. The hostess was being honest, but I just didn't think that itwas necessary. If less than 10 minutes, then just cut the appointment short without saying a word and I bet 90% of people would not even notice and the other10% would be upset regardless of whether you told them at the beginning or end. The two mentions of it for me, put me in a bad mood before I even got started.Thankfully, I really enjoyed my mani/pedi experience a great deal with Shena. I don't even think it was the hostess' fault. I got the impression your staffis told to bring it up. Overall, I loved my first visit very much and signed up for your club.
