• The two technicians, Vanessa and Natalye were truly outstanding. There was some unpleasantness at checkout because when I booked, I did so after checking with Haley about the 20 percent discount. There was a refusal to honor that even though it was in the notes. I had to find my phone, find the email and show that to the checkout person even though it was in my booking notes. At the time of booking, I was not told I would have to show the email. It was upsetting, disconcerting and completely ruined the feeling of relaxation I had. Many people are on reduced budgets now with Covid and it felt unwelcoming.
