• Easy check in, great service. If I were to make one suggestion. My wife (Gina Lehman) and I always get appointments for the same time when we make them. This means we plan on coming to the spa at the same time, and leaving at the same time. We do this every single time. Almost routinely - before our appointment day/time we get a call to move JUST ONE of these appointments to another time. There is no awareness or consideration to the other person's appointment when this happens. There should be a way to either 1. NOT BE OVERLY PROACTIVE in trying to fill appointment gaps, or 2. JOIN appointments together to where you don't try to move the one without taking the other into consideration. We make our appointments at a time that is best for both of us, the the routine (almost every appointment) trying to change it becomes extremely stressful (which is not the point of coming to a spa) and frustrating.
