• Staff very accommodating. My son had miscommunication about a service-he didn’t realize there would be an additional fee- and they comped him the additional service.

• Service was great but it’s so difficult to get an appointment and you have a time limit to use your service credits (or pay an extra fee). Shouldn’t have to pay a fee to use a credit you have already paid for just because the spa doesn’t have the capacity for all of its members. Now prices are also increasing but will there be more availability?
