The renovation and therapist were perfect. The only complaint is the front desk/ reception staff isn’t that great. Always seem more concerned with the computer screen and billing than greeting and helping customers. They also come off as being bother and rarely know the services or products. Crazy part is I have been a member since they opened. The Hiatus spa is losing a little bit of what made it great.Blane L.
