• I have been a member for 11 years and love Nikki! I do wish with the ever changing front desk staff that you could put some kind of member symbol next to members names, members should be greeted upon arrival.. or maybe a member arrival desk. I do not like the new set up as there is no clear check in spot. The one by itself should greet you but half the time no one is there or on the phone.
